Free delivery for orders over 100 EUR!

We are pleased to offer a free delivery for any order over 100 EUR within The Netherlands. You will automatically be able to select our free standard delivery option when checking out.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Please allow 24-48 hours for fulfillment of regular orders. Weekend orders are fulfilled on the Monday & Tuesday of the following week.

Can I collect my order?

BOX AND BOW is an online store only, so all gift parcels are delivered directly to either you or your lucky recipient. Sit back and relax, we'll do the running around for you.

Do you deliver internationally?

Shipping is currently within the EU, but watch this space!

I don't want any invoice or pricing information to be sent along.

Being primarily a gifting company, we never include any pricing information or invoice inside your gift box. You will always receive an order confirmation with any necessary details.

Can I buy items individually?

Yes! You can indeed. We know that you love our products and might only want to purchase something in particular - just shop through PRODUCTS section. Items ordered this way, will be delivered unwrapped, in the postal box.
